• Do I need a fast computer to play the games on Online-Games-Zone.com?

No, in general you don’t really need a fast computer to be able to play the games on our site. A quite normal computer a few years old is quite sufficient to play 99.9% of the games. Nevertheless, maybe a lot of new games on our site will need greater performance and possibly cannot be played the same on an older model. But on the whole, the games on our site can be played with any computer.

• Which software do I need to play the games?

We have 2 sorts of games listed on our site. 99.9% of the games are Adobe Flash Player games and the remaining 0.1% are Adobe Shockwave games. You therefore need 2 different software programmes in order to be able to play all the games. The software is free and is offered for free download by the well-known Adobe Company. Adobe Flash Player is usually already installed on many PC’s in advance. Adobe Shockwave Player must mostly be installed manually.

• I can’t play the games. What should I do?

OfThis is often a temporary problem with the computer. Close the browser and reboot the computer. This usually removes problems. If not, Adobe Flash Player or Adobe Shockwave Player may no longer be up-to-date and show an error. Download your current version of the corresponding software from Adobe for nothing (Adobe Flash Player – Adobe Shockwave Player), install, close your browser and reboot the computer. If no games work anymore, contact us and we will try to help you. If, however, only one game is not working but all the others are, we probably made a mistake when we put the game on-line or the game itself has a bug. Please get in touch with us using the contact form so that we can remove the fault.

No, our games have no 18 age limit. We don´t have such games listed. Many games in the “Action” or “Shooter” area are not suitable for small children, but we take care to have a balanced ratio between Action and Shooter games and normal puzzle or casual games on our site. We have a general on-line list and offer games for the whole family. We ask parents to only allow children to play under supervision.

• I don’t like a game on your site. Can I report it?

SOf course you can report a game which you don’t like because, for example, it clearly glorifies violence or is racist. Use the contact form to get in touch. We will then check the game and remove it from our site, if necessary. It is important for us to communicate with you and solve problems.

• A game isn’t working or is broken and I should like to report it. What should I do?

Use the contact form and let us know. Please give the name of the game, the problem, e.g. game does not work at all or has an error when played, and give the game’s URL. We will deal with your message as soon as possible and give you feedback.

• Where exactly do you get all your games?

The games are mostly made available to us free of charge by well-known game publishers. Other gaming websites also offer a lot of games for download and publishing free of charge on other websites. We always getting new games sent in by e-mail. We have also had a lot of our games programmed ourselves.

Yes, Online-Games-Zone.com is secure. We have an IT team which takes constant care of the security of our site, the CMS and the server 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

• Which data do you collect about me?

We collect no data direct. We have no personal data about you. This website uses Google® Analytics, a Google® Inc. ("Google"), a web analysis service. Google® Analytics uses so-called "cookies", test files which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of the use of the website by yourself to be made. Information on your use of this website (including your IP address) produced by cookies is passed to a Google® server in the USA and stored. Google Analytics is a Standard Website Analysis Tool used by most webmasters worldwide.

• What do you do with my data?

We ourselves have no information about you. We do not collect e-mail addresses sent to us. We only have non-personal data generated through Google® Analytics which we use for in-house purposes. In this way we can make statements about visitor behaviour, analyse marketing measures and go on improving our site.

• Is information about me passed on to third parties?

Data about yourself is not passed on to third parties. We will never allow your data to be passed on to third parties, be it non-personal data generated by Google® Analytics or your e-mail address which you have given us in a contact form.

• How can I get in touch with you?

There are a lot of ways of getting in touch it us. Firstly, you could use the contact form and write to us. There is also a normal e-mail address on our imprint to which you can send e-mails. You could also ring us up, but we would ask you first to ask us for the telephone number in an e-mail and we will send to you by e-mail straightaway.

• I don’t get any feedback to my question. What should I do?

It may be quite possible that our answers have landed in your spam box. Please check. If there is nothing from us, then write to us again. Best of all, get in touch with us using the contact form. You can also give us your telephone number for a reply and we will call you immediately at no cost to yourself.
