Fly Me To The Moon is a Belgian computer-animated film in 3D from the year 2008. The world premiere took place on 30th January, 2008. The film is about three flies which take part undetected in the Apollo 11 expedition to the moon in the year 1969. The production costs for the film amounted to 17.3 million euros. Besides this version, shorter ones were also produced for the 4D cinemas of public parks and museums. A version lasting over 49 minutes became available in Spain, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Great Britain and the United States from the summer of 2007. There is also a 13-minute version for public parks in the United States. From 2008 the film was also sold in the original version as a DVD with 3D effects with two pairs of 3D spectacles accompanying the DVD and in a 2D version for normal showing on screens.
