The object of Enduro 3 is to surmount all of the obstacles in each level in a short amount of time. This version of the game is centered in a junkyard, whereas the last version was in a sawmill. Aside from the change in scenery, you'll also notice that the levels are slightly more challenging this time around. The faster you complete each level, the higher your score will be. Your time is located in the top right hand corner of the game screen, but try not to focus on it too much or you will definitely crash. Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to control your bike rider in Enduro 3. Balancing is very important in all of the Enduro games. Making sure your rider is balanced when he hits the ground is the most important aspect of the game, because if you crash, you'll fail the level. The controls haven't changed at all since the last Enduro, but if you're not familiar with the controls, don't worry it's not too complicated. The up arrow key will make your rider accelerate, the down key will make him brake or reverse, and the left and right arrow keys will keep him balanced. Learning how to control the rider is fairly simple, but completing the levels in a short amount of time can be very challenging. The biggest problem you'll encounter will be over steering, especially leaning back too far. To keep from crashing onto your back make sure you only tap the right and left arrow keys instead of holding them when going over an obstacle. When you have finished all of the levels you can post your high scores and compete with friends to try and beat it, or you can improve your skills by retrying all of the levels. With all of the different obstacles it can be hard to get bored with Enduro 3.
