Hrmageddon is a multi- and singleplayer turn-based strategy game where you wage war over the territory in an office-fighting under the fluorescent lights for every cubicle you can claim. You hire employees and place them on the office floor, take over nearby territory, expand their power, and destroy your rivals in brutal business-themed combat. This game is controlled via the mouse. After picking your team you are brought to one of a handful of maps (randomly selected). Click on a character to bring up a contextual menu of options like movement and attacks. Areas you can move to are highlighted in blue; areas you can attack are highlighted in red after choosing an attack. To play a private game against a friend, select multiplayer, then create private game. You will be brought to a screen with a private game password. Your friend will then "join private game" and enter this password to join you in combat. In-game help is available at any time by clicking "Help" at the bottom of the screen or via the "How to Play option on the title screen. Picking a balanced team is important if you want to win. Each character class has certain strengths and weaknesses. The Salesman and Receptionist have powerful projectile attacks, the Manager can heal, the IT Guy has the most health and a devastating attack that can damage groups of enemies. Play around with different combinations to find the one that best matches your style. There are different attack/defense bonuses you can collect and use to be even more powerful. These are caused when you meet certain conditions, like standing in a cube, controlling a cube, being positioned next to a manager from your team, etc.
